    The game's switch to hexagons from a square grid didn't put me off at all. I actually didn't even notice it unless I thought about it. All in all, it feels distinctly Civilization no matter if you have 6 adjacent tiles or 4.... more.

    Blade Kitten is very Japanese. That isn't a plus or a negative point, just an observation. The main character is a spunky half-cat-half-girl with pink hair, followed by a cute little flying animal and a floating blade. There are no creepy tentacles.... more.
