One is a Reggae legend, the other not legendary at all. Bob Marley and Tokio Hotel will lend their songs to the next installment of the Rock Band series. Gamespot reports that Harmonix has announced that both artists will make an appearance in Rock Band 3, which is set to be released on October 26 in North America and October 29 in Europe. Along with the announcement, Harmonix also revealed eight other new songs that range from the eighties classic band INXS to the “smoothing sounds” of Rammstein. The new additions to the set list are as follows:
Bob Marley & The Wailers – “Get Up, Stand Up”
INXS – “Need You Tonight”
Poni Hoax – “Antibodies”
Rammstein – “Du Hast”
Roxette – “The Look”
Tokio Hotel – “Humanoid”
HIM – “Killing Loneliness”
Mana – “Oye Mi Amor”
Slipknot – “Before I Forget”
War – “Low Rider”
Rock Band 3 will be available for the PS3, Xbox 360, Wii, and DS come this October.

Don’t mind Tokio Hotel being on there. I like their new music. Humanoid is a good choice. Tokio Hotel has it’s own hardcore niche market segment of fans. Good move in terms of marketing.
