Excellent news today for DS owners with the announcement of Black Ops DS developed by n-Space, the same team who brought Modern Warfare, World at War and Mobilised to the DS.
From the press release:
“Call of Duty: Black Ops for the Nintendo DS is going to take the handheld Call of Duty experience to a new level,” said Dan O’Leary, n-Space Studio Head. “From taking the controls of an attack helicopter to flying an experimental stealth fighter jet, players will have a wealth of new features to utilise.”
The game will also feature a 6 player online mode that has a new perk system, as well as a 2 player co-op mode.
I’m sure most of the ‘hardcore’ CoD players (Ya know, the guys who can tell you how many rungs there are in the ladder on ‘Terminal but can’t tell you what happened in the MW2 storyline.) won’t even notice that this exists, but it’s a nice addition that is bound to sell on the name alone. It even sounds like it’s shaping up to be a fairly full experiance.
The game is rated 16+ and will be out at the same time as Black Ops, 9th November.
