If you go into Covent Garden on the 13th November, you’ll see a whole host of Dragon Quest IX related things to do and enjoy. You can try out the game, if you haven’t already got it and, if you do own a copy, you can bring it along and try out the ‘canvassing’ feature – which will allow for you to share special maps, characters and information with other players.
To celebrate the game and it’s fans, Nintendo have made this an event to remember. A giant inflatable Slime welcomes you to the Dragon Quest village and, if you’re lucky, you could be bringing back some awesome prizes during the day.
It’s probably worth noting, because someone is going to like this, that Jedward will be appearing during the day. So if you’re a fan of them, but not the game, it may still be worth showing up.
The show is open to everyone and can be found on the east side of Covent Garden (London WC2E), Jedward will make their appearance between 10:30AM and 12PM. The show goes on until 6PM.
Under 12s must be accompanied by an adult. Access is free.
